What must DCUO do to succeed on PS4?
Our blog has been largely dormant as many of the missteps of DCUO gameplay and decisions regarding its development killed its momentum and we rarely if ever play the game anymore. But today's news about DCUO moving to PS4 peaked our interest if for no other reason that it may mean the game can reinvent itself.
So we ask you, what does DCUO have to do to succeed on the PS4? We'll do a list this friday with the best suggestions from readers and what are staff thinks DCUO needs to do on the next generation of consoles. Email us at magww@live.com or comment here. Be well DCUOers!

The Daily Planet Pledge
Our blog has no heroic or villainous associations . It's our intent to remain neutral and simply REPORT the news and other events from inside DCUO. In a nutshell, many of us were really disappointed that "news stories" inside DCUO won't be available for everyone in the game to see. We feel like there needs to be a way to highlight events, instances and focus on who's being a GREAT hero or villain--so we're gonna do it. But YOU have to help us. Stop a bank robbery in Gotham? Putting together an evil plan? Send it to us so we can write it up as a news story. Or recreate it in short story form from your character's perspective! we also want to show another side to the characters (and the people that play them) by doing interviews. We know people are ALWAYS interested in gossip as well...so any information from inside superhero/villain teams about new members, your new nemesis, who's at odds, who got OWNED and other stories are certainly welcome.
Lastly, we want to be a place where we can highlight the great suggestions, proposed fixes and known imbalances that the people who are playing the game think are important in an organized, educated and balanced manner--we want to avoid the complaint-type threads that often appear on forums after people have a bad experience.
That's our pledge. DC Universe fans UNITE!
New Suspect in Phipher Murder?
After five months, Gotham Police Department Commissioner Gordon has announced that the PD has new leads in the murder of Gotham vigilante Phipher, who was mysteriously murdered last year.
"We have reason to believe that we might have leads on a suspect in this high profile case. We will provide information after we've completed our investigation so that all citizens may be alerted," Gordon, said.
Who is this new suspect and how will the super hero community respond to another one of their own being a suspect? Stay tuned and sound off in the comments below about who YOU think the suspect is!

We're Recruiting!
That's right! The Daily Planet Blog is recruiting again. We had a brief hiatus due to lack of manpower but with a few new contributors onboard we're ready to get rolling again. Here's the thing: We don't want them to get swamped with emails regarding Headlines, interviews and all the other wonderful things we do.
Ever thought about working with us? What we do is pretty simple, among other things we craft user contributions into Headlines, draft Interviews and develop story and plot lines that are featured on our blog. Interested? GREAT. Send us an email at magww@live.com expressing your interest and we'll "see what you got" please keep in mind that what we do we do for fun, it's on a volunteer basis. But we promise not to fire you when the big bucks start rolling in :)

Luthor Sighted !
The Daily Planet has attempted to make contact with M.F.C. Director Lex Luthor for the past few weeks, nevertheless his representatives claim he has been away on "official business". Any attempt to ascertain what that "business" might entail is met with a plethora of dead ends. However, we have obtained a photo of Luthor that leaves us here at the Daily Planet asking even more questions.
