In a heated battle where there were no less than five costumed heroes, the vigilante Deacon and other members of group known as The Coalition were able to stop the flow of Hallucinogenic Agents being released in the east section of Gotham. The Scarecrow was delivered into the custody of Gotham's finest, but neither Deacon or any other members of the vigilante group were available for comment.
