Not much is known about the gathering of several large and influential villain groups that took place at this secret location recently, but what we can gather from underworld sources is that a villain "council" or sorts met there to decide on ways to organize and unite their forces. Sources also tell us that there was a massive power struggle and that elements of The Legion of Sin and Iconic Villains emerged victorious. (continued on page 4)
Do these two evil organizations now lead this so-called "council" of villains? And just who are the Iconic Villains? Does all local crime now answer to them? The implications are frightening if so..

i would love to know wat LoS objectives for the leagon really are. bc if its having the largest group of organized villains they could be on their way to being that. i begrudgingly give my respect to the core of that team

This isn't good, news about LOS is NEVER good news! What are you guys planning? Well, I guess it wouldn't be smart to tell me, but don't villains usually strap you to a table with a saw at your head and THEN tell the hero their plans?
