We've gotten word that MFC head honcho, Director Lex Luthor, has given down the order for the Scumbags to go and apprehend the league known as the Legacy of Truth.
The details are scarce as far as where they are primarily based out of but you can rest assured that Luthor probably has this info himself. One of The Scumbags' leaders, SwampThing, had a few choice words for their target before beginning their pursuit. "We look forward to bringing in these wannabe heroes. According to Mr. Luthor, they've violated the VRA in the most fundamental of ways possible and need to be brought in so that they could be prosecuted or indefinitely incapacitated. Personally, I hope they resist so that we can put the hurt on them, that is, if we can even find them. Ha, haa! I'm sure they're probably hiding and acting like the little punks they are since they know we're coming for them." Very bold words and very cryptic at some points. It looks like the Scumbags will be Luthors failsafe team for bringing in anti-VRA heroes. SwampThing also had this to say, "other anti-VRA leagues had better watch their asses too because we'll be coming for you all, one by one! For the meantime though, Legacy of Truth, get ready for the pain!" We will deliver more details on the Legacy of Truth and as this situation develops.
This is the Leader of Legacy of Truth. We in no way will take seriously the threats of a feeble group of people. For they are what they are "Scumbags." They are lower then dirt not even able to use the simple strategy of teamwork to progress themselves. I'm embarrassed that my fearless group of people are being verbally attacked by such a unskilled worth of people.

The Scumbags are doing what our country asks of them and that's to rid the streets of violent, reckless, conscienceless, wanna be vigilantes like you all. "Heroes" like you all are the main reason why the VRA got my vote and everyone else's. If you'd just register with the government then you wouldn't have to worry about someone chasing you down now would you?

The scumbags are fucking assholes, Lex is gonna have this plan backfire like all his others because he chose this league to do his dirty work.
