Late last night the villain legion known as H8T laid siege to the Diamond District police station in Gotham. The Diamond District PD had basically become a transportation hub for Gotham based heroes to travel to Metropolis and help with the ongoing situation that's been developing there. Several hero leagues were heading to the police station when they were brutally ambushed by well coordinated criminals.
6 law enforcement officers were killed in the conflict and while the lost of those heroic officers is too much to bear, officials went on record saying that if it wasn't for the efforts of The Contractors, Law Enforcement, BTM, Demon Kings, and The Coalition, the looses occurred would have been much, much worse. An GCPD officer, who agreed to speak under the condition that he remained anonymous, gave us quite a bit of info on the battle that ensued. He had the following to say;
"I'm glad they were around at the time. I almost bit the bullet from one of those punks. I was laying on the ground with this crazy guy standing over me with these over sized swords just gleaming like mad! He was laughing like he'd gone completely off his rocker! That's when all of a sudden a bright beam of energy slammed into him and the force of it blew this guy through the wall on northern side of the station. When I turned back around, this guy in blue and black power armor (hero was identified as The Enforcer) extended his hand and helped me up. As he picked me up, he threw me back on the ground and put up some type of energy barrier around and blocked a pillar of flames from BBQing us alive! As the villain put his hands down, another guy in navy blue and black (hero was identified as Deacon) did like a roll or something and pushed up off the ground, kicking the guy under his jaw and launching him in the air. As the guy flew in the air some demon looking chick (heroine identified as Lady Starcross) did like a mid-air overhead flipping kick type deal and planted her heel on the top of the perps head and sending him hurtling back to the streets! If I wasn't about to die, I would've been thinking about how awesome this looked! It was like something straight out of a video game!"
Even though the heroes successfully pushed back the villains, H8T's objective still managed to finish what they set out to do. One of the members used some type of cloaking tech to enter the PD and sabatoge the teleporter that took heroes straight to Metropolis. While not completely disabled, their goal was still achieved. Now heroes have to go through the JLA's Watchtower and through the Mid-Town PD in order to get to crisis area where Vicious is still holding numerous city officials, including Mayor Flemming, hostage. ReplyDeleteAre you serious? My comment was deleted bc I came to introduce facts to this article that were convienantly left out? Know this heroes, H8T decimated diamond district pd with 5 ppl facing 15 to 20 heroes trying to stop us at one time. This battle lasted for hours and was solely for our amusement. Now that you have given us reason since you want to silence us from speaking the truth, the carnage will be that much more now that we have a just cause to wreak havoc. Be prepared heroes for you will feel the H8T.

ReplyDeleteLol @ death drive. 3 of us to take you down? The only time we were even fighting heroes tonight was when we were at little bohemia pd. And if you were there you were amongst at least a dozen or more other heroes. And what exactly does that say of you and your brethren that we were so outnumbered and still laid waste to everything in sight. Nice try coming on here trying to act hard. NEXT! LOL. Love how LoT wasn't anywhere near little bohemia tonight btw. Only time I seen them was when 5 of them jumped me while I was alone early this afternoon. And they were in gotham... way to back down when called out.

Allow me to put this to rest Omnipotent One. I was there at the fight. Not as the Super Reporter but under my main account. I didn't participate in the fight, I just watched. I saw that a decent battle was going on so I took a moment to go into stealth and observe everything that was going on. Your battle started on the rooftop next to the Diamond District PD and then it went to the streets. For the hour that I was there, you all were having a pretty tough time on the rooftop and after a while, you all stopped attacking. Then you made your way down the street in an attempt to take the PD. The heroes that were there kept you from even getting close to the police station. After you all left, I'm guessing to regroup, and you didn't show up for a while, I went on about my business. Now, if you showed up after that and dominated the heroes, I didn't catch it but if you want to contest the story, write it up in an article and we'll run it for you. Either way, when this story was written, everyone lost something in the fight. Now, please refrain from flame-type posts because they will be removed. OOC comments are allowed but try to be civil everyone. Thanks again for taking the time to read.

Was that laymen enough for you? You want to believe that I said that I could take you all, when in truth I’ve something completely different, here is the translation and I’ll make straightforward as I can. You come on here boasting and boasting, showing no proof and also, making a fool of yourself as you go about it. We have enough pompous villains running around here that show physical evidence of their actions, and you just randomly show up? If you want to fight, fine. Just come out and say it. Please back up your actions.
ReplyDeleteTo worldwide yes we were dying quite a bit on the rooftop. We were badly outnumbered and did not have our healer. Never said we didn't die. Once we got our healer on (apparently after you left) we took to the streets next to the pd while we still died on occasion to every one of us that died id say five to ten heroes went down. And my original intention here was not to boast or tell lies, I just wanted all the facts introduced. Yes I may have gotten upset and made flame type posts. But only after my initial post was deleted. That made me feel very disrespected that I was to be silenced by trying to introduce all the facts. But I think you should also address death and all else who came on here calling us liars and slandering my legion.

I am just pointing out the facts that you came in here calling us liars and ignorant (among other things) and yet you while trying to seem better than us intellectually and aparently at the game, made several grammatic errors and misspells. So please don't try to insult my intelligence because you don't know me bud. And yes I'm going to attack you verbally on here because you initiated it coming here to slander my league about something you have no knowledge about. I am sure if someone slandered your league you would take offense and defend them as well. So please refrain from speaking my legions name if all you are going to do is bash us on something you don't know. And as for your last statement I have no problem backing up my "words" (at least that's what it should say, as why would I have to back up my actions with action). Just name the time and place and we will gladly do battle.

And all I did was fill worldwide in on what happened for the whole conflict and not just part of it, and try to have a rational conversation with death so he can understand why I was acting the way I was. The summary basically being who wouldn't act that way if their league was verbally attacked. I did find this site quite enjoyable and good reading. I was even promoting it for others to check out. But I'm done with it now, as it is obviously extremeley biased. The heroes can say whatever they want but when the villians retalliate their comments are deleted. Nice.

ReplyDelete@ Omnipotent One. Ok man, I’m going to step in OOC for as second because I think pretty much everything you been saying is out of character. First of all, this how my character talks, it’s a poetic take. Grammar rules, particularly spelling and punctuation, are nothing more than a creative tool for many poets who choose to dismiss these rules altogether or use the them to decorate and add aesthetic elements to a piece. I think we learned that in grade 9 English, or was it 10? What ever, it’s all good. So sorry if you thought I was trying to insult your intelligence. The other part I want you to understand is this. Go back to your first post; you kind of set yourself up for these responses. And yes, I fought your team last night and I don’t remember such a vast amount of heroes at Bohemia as you claim, 4 or 5 maybe. As for slandering your league? My words were towards your CHARACTER, not the player (i.e You IRL) and not a league (i.e Everyone else in your legion.) Oh, and yeah. I never once mentioned your leagues name, look back and see. Other than that I’ll hit you up on that fight next weekend. I’m usually not active until Friday and Saturday.

My first post was just to give our side of the story because the story as is basically makes it out that we got rolled and ran with our tells between our legs, which was not the case as I'm sure you can vouch for if you stayed for the entire fight at bohemia. And no I'm not sure the exact numbers but we were outnumbered. And I am still not claiming we are the best or better than anyone else. This was never intended to be me boasting, I just got heated by everyones comments. No we aren't invincible and we do die. I was just introducing all the facts and that from our prespective, that once we had our healer (at bohemia and diamond district) a lot more heroes were dying than us. Again not trying to boast as I'm positive there are probably leagues out there that are more organized and could whoop us. So I apologize to you Death if I insulted you, since you explained to me the in character thing I appreciate that btw.
