Identity of the Mysterious Vixen Discovered

Some new information has been uncovered about the electrified, mystery woman that has been spotted flying around Gotham in recent weeks. We weren't able to find out her civilian identity but we have been informed as to what she is known to go by in the streets. 

Stormbringer is what the Gotham underworld is calling her and documents that we were able to come across say that she was the star subject of a special military training program which she apparently went AWOL from, and that's as far as the paper work goes. One would take a guess and say that this program wasn't exactly legal but that would just be speculation since we were told by officials that anything else related to the program was destroyed in Stormbringer's escape. Along with this information, we've also had reports of  numerous sightings recently of her running side by side with Coalition member, Deacon. Are they merely passing allies or is she a permanent member on their roster. It's hard to tell since we haven't been able to get in touch with Deacon's leader, Force. Authorities are especially interested to find out what her involvement is in the deaths of at least 14 private military contractors and for some reason, Director Luthor isn't stepping in to assist with investigation either. Unfortunately, that's where the details end but we will continue to gather more information as this story develops.
