Is STAR Labs Cooperating with the MFC Administration?

Not even two days after Superpatriot's appearance at our offices and the following confrontation between him and members of Meta Justice with the Legion of Sin MFC forces, documents have come to our attention linking STAR Labs with the MFC.

The documents and pictures in the package meticulously detailed experiments being performed by STAR Labs scientists on meta humans under the supervision of people who have recently been appointed to the MFC. Also in the documents were details of experiments being performed on a meta human who received his powers from the exobyte incident who was known by the name Sir Burnsington a member of Meta Justice.  While the pictures we received are too graphic to print, the documents detail experimentation performed on him ranging from tests on power control and negation to pain tolerance limitations. The nature of the described  experiments could be nothing short of torturous for the one being experimented on and also detail what was described as "the expiration of the test subject".  A cold way of describing the death of one who was once counted as a hero.

Calls to Star Labs and MFC have so far gone unanswered as well as those to Lex Luthor as well. Does this explain the recent hostility by Superpatriot toward the Star Labs facility in Metropolis?  Reports that he acts there being preambled by the declaration "For Burns" point to a yes answer to this question. A small note was attached to the documents delivered to us with one simple phrase. "Justice will be done."
