The Hero Sacrifice Episode 2
As the long-awaited trial of the supervillain Deviant was scheduled to start, Legion of Sin member Dr. Manhattan attacked the security detail escorting him as he was about to enter the courtroom. (continued on page 2)
The only hero assigned to the trial, Animus of the Meta Militia, stood alone against the fury of the infamous Legion of Sin member but he was rendered unconscious when Dr. Manhattan summoned a massive blast of blue energy that left a crater in the ground and almost collapsed one of the courthouse walls. Deviant escaped with the villain minutes later.

ReplyDeleteSays the guys who won't even show us his villain's name. It was all in good fun and I think that everyone will agree that Dr. and Animus BOTH put up an amazing fight. When Animus gave me the details I was amazed at how well he did considering Dr.'s Iconic armor and toughness being high.

I'm shocked that any LOS member dared to fight without at least 6 comrades backing him up.

Thank you for your concern, Wistal, and Flame. Thanks for shielding me...but I lost. I make no excuses for my lack of discipline. But LO-Sinner, consider this YOUR last warning...It is not in my nature to give up. I will fight you all until my very last breath. If you think for one moment that this will make my run and hide, then you are seriously mistaken. Every fight is nothing more that an education, and I know what it is I must do. ReplyDelete@Larali: Not sure what LoS members you've seen, but the villains I roll with never back down from a 1 on 1. As for Animus, he fought with skill and determination. He gave it all he got. TWICE. He has my respect for even showing up. I look forward to future battles with him and any other heroes that stand in the Legion's way. Let it be known we will NOT BACK DOWN.

ReplyDeleteAnimus got beat. It happens. But it does make me wonder about the story of them taking down groups of villains at Little Bohemian. I guess 1 LoS member can count for 8 normal villains?

flame doesnt need to be in Meta Justice to realize that a large number of LoS just rnt good or are jerks. im from M. Justice and i respect LoS just not all of them
