BREAKING NEWS!!! The Vigilante Registration Act will become law at 12am March 17th

After the recent incidents involving vigilantes and especially after yesterday's mid-day massacre, President Suarez has finally signed the VRA into law.

The president had this to say: "Today is a hallmark day in our on-going meta-human/vigilante-government relationship. The recent rise in vigilante violence has gotten out of hand. The Centennial Park Massacre, Black Falcon's attack on the MFC unit a few days ago along with her actions last night, the Coalition memberDeacon, blatantly disregarding our MFC enforcer's orders to surrender and the ensuing battle afterwards, along with multiple other incidents gave me more than enough reason to sign this bill into law, The legislation will go into effect at midnight tonight and all active vigilantes are encouraged to visit their local city halls to begin registration so that you can continue the good fight and also be more effectively utilized in the fight against super crime. All those in violation after tomorrow will be apprehended and detained until you can appear before a court of law. Lex Luthor will be the MFC's head of operations and will report directly to Senator Boehner who will in-turn report directly to me on any matter related to this issue. I chose Luthor not because of his past but because of his extensive knowledge of dealing with super powered individuals and most importantly, he will be kept in check." Black Falcon  and the Coalition pushed the president into legalizing the VRA? Don't worry folks, we are hard at work trying to find out what incidents the President was referring to but aside from that, the VRA is now, or rather, will soon become law at midnight tonight. We will deliver more details as they arrive.

  2. Finally I can publicly congratulate Mr. Lex Luthor. No one is more capable of enforcing such a monumentally ambitious law.

Onslaught Inc. is in full support of Lex and the VRA.

  4. Mark Twain once wrote, "In a republic, who is the country?

Is it the government which is for the moment in the saddle? Why, the government is merely a temporary servant: it cannot be its prerogative to determine what is right and what is wrong, and decide who is a patriot and who isn't. It's function is to obey orders, not originate them.

Who, then is the country? Is it the newspaper? Is it the pulpit? Why, these are mere parts of the country, not the whole of it, they have not command, they have only their little share in the command.

In a monarchy, the king and his family are the country: In a republic it is the common voice of the people each of you, for himself, by himself and on his own responsibility, must speak.

It is a solemn and weighty responsibility, and not lightly to be flung aside at the bullying of pulpit, press, government, or the empty catchphrases of politicians.

Each must for himself alone decide what is right and what is wrong, and which course is patriotic and which isn't. You cannot shirk this and be a man.

To decide it against your convictions is to be an unqualified and inexcusable traitor, both to yourself and to your country, let men label you as they may.

If you alone of all the nation shall decide one way, and that way be the right way according to your convictions of the right, you have your duty by yourself and by your country. Hold up your head. You have nothing to be ashamed of."

In other words, this legislation, while legal now, stands against everything this country stands for. It stand against everything I believe. Just because it's legal, doesn't make it right. I am a man, and I am a patriot. I will not stand behind this.

  7. Congratulations Superpatriot, you have chosen to align yourself with the likes of thieves, murderers, pedophiles, and other criminals.

Just because YOU don't agree with the laws of our country doesn't mean the law is wrong.

The VRA was passed by politicians who were chosen by citizens to represent them. The same citizens many of you claim to protect.

People like you have only two choices; either serve the people - by serving Lex Luthor - or suffer the consequences for breaking the law.

  8. You mean those like yourself, Frank? The politicians, the press, and the mobs don't make the country. Each of us does. It is not for the government to decide what is right. It is for each of us to do so. Not standing for what you believe in yourself, against your own convictions of what is right, is what makes one a traitor. Label me however you want. I know that I am a man and a patriot. I will stand for what is right.

  9. Patriot...he is nothing more than a lackey. He will amend his viewpoint to better suit the needs of this false law. He will use the actions of a few of us to substantiate anything Luther asks. In time the world will see that it is fallen victim to the deception of a new fiend, but it will be to late.

  10. Borrowing from SuperPatriot's lead another quote from famous american writer Mark Twain : Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.”
to this id add “A patriot must always be ready to defend his country against his government.” - Edward Abbey..
“Transcend political correctness and strive for human righteousness.”
    -Eliphaz
