Sources are now reporting that formal charges (manslaughter) were filed against the superhero, Destiny, who was involved in the accidental killing of a bystander just a few days ago.
Complicating the matter entirely are unconfirmed reports that the superhero was given the option to surrender his secret identity and enter government employ for a period of atleast 10 years, the result of which would have been the dropping of all charges. Sources are reporting that the hero declined and is now in need of legal representation.
