His true identity is shrouded in secrecy. He is a man trained by more than five international agencies in the art of killing, and reportedly, he excelled at it. Considered the world's foremost assassin for more than twenty years, many believe he's an urban legend and that he doesn't actually exist. Considered dangerous, but so valuable as a resource that when he was finally captured (by the Soviets) instead of killing him they housed him in a Gulag prison and now use his extensive knowledge to find holes in their assassination plans. He's a man now used for his knowledge of killing and assassination and reportedly the Soviets now charge upwards of 50K for a meeting with him.
He is considered by many to be the Grandmaster of Assassins.
The man known only as The Harbinger is reportedly the source of a recent Time magazine article titled "With The Sword, Gun or Knife" and he claims to know the identity of The Elemental Killer. He claims to have worked with the man more than five years ago and also claims (like countless other assassins) the man has come to see him on numerous recent occasions for logistical assistance with "marks". Can what he says be true? Or is this the rambling of a man beaten down by isolation in a Gulag prison? Only time will tell.
What is the use of living, if it be not to strive for noble causes and to make this muddled world a better place for those who will live in it after we are gone?

The Harbinger is actually in a Russian prison, and has been for years, he was deemed too dangerous by many of the world's security agencies and eventually he was captured. His sole purpose now is as a living resource for assassins. The Soviets essentially rent his knowledge out for a fee.
