Which side of will you choose?

Unless you've been living under a rock lately then you should know what has been going on all week. The House of Representatives made it happen. The passing of the VRA is only a matter of time. For those of you who don't, I'm assistant editor-in-chief James Gadney and I for one am totally for the VRA.

I am for anything that will get you capes under control. You all go around, flaunting your powers, using them with total disregard for your fellow human beings. It's appalling! How come most of you so called heroes can't set examples for others like F.L.A.G. or the Peacekeepers? As a matter of fact, since being a "hero" is now a matter of following the law, I'm interested to know who will actually choose to do the right thing and register. Let us know if you're pro-VRA or anti-VRA. I guess half of you won't because you're cowards and this law was designed specifically for you! Gadney out!

P.S: Even though Mr. Gadney could've put it in a more eloquent way, we do wish to know which individuals and/or teams plan on going by the law and who opposes. Just leave a comment below stating whether or not you're pro or anti-VRA.

  2. This crap is wrong in so many ways. I can't believe this bill has actually gotten this far. I don't think there's any question as to what side the Coalition is on. Even if they don't stand behind me, I'll fight this thing and shout out against it until this thing is repelled!

  3. And Gadney, you bitter old bastard, you should be ashamed at yourself for the tripe you put in this paper. All you do is insight hate against us who try our best to do what's right. It's people like you who sometimes make me doubt what I'm doing is worth it.

  4. Ho, ho, haaaa! Maybe we need some more people out in the world like me publishing in this paper. If it were up to me, this paper would be anti-mutant, anti-meta, anti-vigilante, anti-whatever. Whatever gets you bums off the streets then I'm all for it. If you were so called doing the right thing then you wouldn't have any problem giving the government your information so that you can do what you do legally and also be held accountable for your failures!

  9. I left government service in order to have the freedom to protect the citizens of this world. I'm not about to have my hands tied by unconstitutional legislation.

  10. This is the death throes of the men in power. All of you "good guys" can't even get on the same page. You are too busy fighting each other over who's going to be in charge of who.

Enjoy your "civil" war boys. I know myself, and the rest of Onslaught Inc. will be enjoying our popcorn on this one.

Being a "villain" these days is just too easy.

  12. Now, what is the difference between the two? How does one determine whether a law is just or unjust? A just law is a man made code that squares with the moral law or the law of God. An unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law. To put it in the terms of St. Thomas Aquinas: An unjust law is a human law that is not rooted in eternal law and natural law. Any law that uplifts human personality is just. Any law that degrades human personality is unjust. All segregation statutes are unjust because segregation distorts the soul and damages the personality. It gives the segregator a false sense of superiority and the segregated a false sense of inferiority. Segregation, to use the terminology of the Jewish philosopher Martin Buber, substitutes an "I it" relationship for an "I thou" relationship and ends up relegating persons to the status of things. Hence segregation is not only politically, economically and sociologically unsound, it is morally wrong and sinful. Paul Tillich has said that sin is separation. Is not segregation an existential expression of man's tragic separation, his awful estrangement, his terrible sinfulness? Thus it is that I can urge men to obey the 1954 decision of the Supreme Court, for it is morally right; and I can urge them to disobey segregation ordinances, for they are morally wrong.Yours for the cause of Peace and Brotherhood, Martin Luther King, Jr.
