Who is The Rayven Man?

There is a new vigilante running the streets of Gotham in an attempt to fight crime and beat back corruption, and has taken an obvious cosmetic cue from the family of the Dark Knight. He has been reported to go by the moniker, the Rayven Man, who has been reported assisting the Huntress and Nightwing on several occasions.

His most recent battle was in the Burnley District where he attempted to take down Black Mask's drug ring as well as tagging along with Anti-VRA league, the Legacy of Truth. A prestigious public servant (who wishes to remain anonymous) went on record saying, "This new vigilante has been helping out Batman as well as other individuals with cleaning up our streets and I ,for one, feel fortunate that he is on our side despite the government labeling him an outlaw." There are a lot of politicians that are against the Rayven Man and how his methods are deliberately identical to the Dark Knight's. Some city officials have labeled him a copycat and a wannabe for this. We were able to get an encrypted message from the Rayven Man saying this, "Anyone who is associated with the MFC or gangs in Gotham city, especially the Joker, I am coming for you. I hope the Scumbags try and find me because they are in for a big surprise." He has also been sited in Metropolis with fellow outlaws Cover Girl, Nimbus Yosh, and Timberwolf Truth bringing the fight to investigating criminal occurrences there as well. Director Luthor could not be reached to comment on Rayven Man's statements but there is not doubt that he will take note of this belligerent league.
