A decade ago this sadistic killer struck fear in the hearts of Gotham residents, and citizens may need to be wary again. After escaping from Arkham late last month this notorious slasher did not make headlines immediately, but investigators are calling him a suspect in a late night double murder in Gotham's East End.
Hmmm. Seems he will be moved to the top of my priorities. He will be dealt with soon enough. Davey Jones will soon know true justice.
