Swift Justice's Density Indicted!

A federal grand jury has decided to indict the hero accused of being responsible for accidentally killing a bystander at a super-battle in Metropolis. The returned indictment Tuesday charged Kevin Mills aka Density,26, with manslaughter.

Mills will be arraigned Wednesday before U.S. Magistrate Cynthia Imbrogno, where he will enter a plea and receive a trial date. He is being held without bail at a high-security S.T.A.R. Labs facility.

Several Hero and Vigilante groups have come out in support of the Swift Justice member. Federal public defender Roger Peven said he had not seen the indictment and couldn't comment. Grand jury cases are presented by prosecutors in closed sessions, with defense attorneys and reporters excluded.

  1. How many would have died if he had not been there? It is a tragedy that an innocent was killed, but how many did this man save? This is exactly why the VRA is a bad idea. Fear not brother, I will see you liberated!

  2. This proves how these so-called heroes operate! With absolutely no regard for those around them! We must make sure justice is served in this trial and that this monster gets the harshest punishment possible. -KP

  4. pay no attention to the non-descript canine that you see near your jailcell window. Especially if it has a vaguely green tinge to it.

  6. Did you ever speculate if he desires freedom? He leaves his powers dormant... I consider he has mislaid his conviction... He intends to request justice for the life he has taken, and in the end. It is rightly his choice to have ruling passed upon him however biased it will be...
