"We were sure that we had him. There was no way that he could've known that we were coming but he did," said MFC Captain Roger Tate. No one could've predicted the force required to take down the man known as Force. Was it self-defense or was it unprovocated violence on behalf of an individual disillusioned by the new laws of the land?
There's really no way to tell without asking the man himself. Force had just recently made contact with us concerning The Coalition's recent public recruitment of Gotham and Metropolis vigilantes to fight against Lex Luthor and the MFC. The battle was short and bloody but every shot that rang out was utilized with cold and calculating precision. At least, that's what Captain Tate had to say. "There was no way that my men were trained to deal with someone of this caliber. If we only had more funding to better equip our Enforcer Unit then this tragedy might have been avoided but now I have to go to these men and women's families and let them know that their loved ones aren't coming home." When asked who shot first, the captain was quick to accuse Force of firing the first shot. Whether or not this's true will remain to be seen once the rest of the security cam footage made public.
You may or may not agree with the VRA and the MFC but everyone should be able to agree that this's something that shouldn't have happened. Was there a better way that the fugitive could've been apprehended? At least from our point of view, there most certainly was. How far are vigilantes willing to go to prove their point? Only time will tell. We'll keep digging for more details as this situation develops.

ReplyDeleteI knew those bastards were a menace! Killing innocent law enforcement figures. I bet all they were going to do is ask him some questions or better yet, ask him to join the MFC. I hope they kill Force and the rest of the Coalition. Fucking wannabe heroes!
