Have You Seen this Woman?

Our sources report that around 6 years ago, this woman was admitted to a military research and development facility under a top secret project who's name and purpose we're not able to ascertain as of yet. One thing can be said for sure, whatever they were doing caused this woman to be a living weapon.

She has been reported to take down dozens of military personnel with no distinguishable uniform and regular U.S. troops down. All in an attempt to bring her in. Now, under the VRA, you can add MFC Enforcers and Cape Killers to that list as well. She has also been reported to take have taken down several dozen super-villains ,and also heroes, who have tried to bring her in to no avail. Once it was thought this dangerous vixen was operating solo but our street informants also tell us that she has been seen mainly running around Gotham City with the occasional sitings in Metropolis. No other information could be uncovered at this time but we will keep digging to get more details.
