Supervillain attacks Mall

Earlier today, the supervillain Goblin, attacked a mall in a suburb of Metropolis injuring 12 civilians. We spoke with several members of the Justice League who were first on the scene but were too late to stop the villains attack. While they did not comment on the record, they claim that the attack seems to have been motivated by the recent drop in superhero activity due to the implementation of the VRA.
