Sources are now telling us that after a motion to dismiss for lack of evidence, the judge in the Trial of Flameman is seriously considering the defense's motion to dismiss all charges. Apparently the fact that the apparent video evidence was disallowed by the judge's ruling yesterday was particularly damaging to the prosecution's case. (continued on page 2)
Several costumed heroes attended today's trial. It was not apparent whether they were there in support of Flameman, the charges against him or in protest of the stipulation that allows makes the MFC privy to the true identity of superheroes who are charged with felonies.
