Battle Atop WayneTech!

One Hero. One Villain. One Winner.

As of late, Heroes and Villains have been battling for territory, honor, and bragging rights. Tonight was no different, as an unidentified villain attempted to launch an attack on local heroes from the top of the Old WayneTech Building.

"I saw a dark blur fly up to the top of the building. When I went up to see I was hit by a beam of ice. I knew it was flight or fight, and I wasn't going anywhere. Neither was he." Said The Flame.

According to the GCPD Blimp's video footage The Flame drew his swords to combat the threat. It was a back and forth battle until he fired a blast of red-hot heat vision, sending the villain plummeting to the street. The Flame flew down as fast as he could, breaking a few windows on the abandoned building  from the boom of breaking the sound barrier. He landed on the ground with an explosion of fire that engulfed the villain.

"He flew down and finished up that (censored)! He is a real hero! Protectin' the public no matter the cost!" Said Pete Afontez, who witnessed the final part of the battle. According to Afontez the villain attempted to throw his car that also carried his wife and two young children, The Flame caught it in mid-air without any damage to the vehicle, and placed it out of harm's way. He then drew his swords once more and slung arcs of fire at the villain knocking him back. He then threw a fireball as he was knocked back by the adversary's hammer--which was blocked by the enemy.

As The Flame was pummeled into the ground by the hammer. He fired a blast of heat vision knocking the villain on the ground. Suddenly a meteor fell from the sky, that fell upon the villain knocking him out.

"I didn't do anything special. I don't deserve a headline and an article in a newspaper. I just did what I was born to do, the GCPD Officers are the real heroes in this town." Said The Flame.

The villain was taken Arkham Asylum for mental evaluation. He is currently under arrest without bail. As for The Flame, his battle scars were treated at Metropolis General Hospital, and has been released with a clean bill of health.
