Heroes Coordinate Evening Attack on Villain Safehouse inside LexCorp Tower

In what can only be seen as a response to the killing of some of their brethren, with The Elemental Killings and the appearance of the power-enhancing drug "Burn" on our city streets, heroes matched their afternoon attack with an evening one on a previously unknown villain safehouse within Lexcorp Tower. More than 40 heroes participated in the coordinated assault. One earlier in the afternoon was successful but many of the villains were able to escape in the daytime assault, the evening assault was more coordinated and no villain left the tower without being beaten senseless or in handcuffs. The attack was coordinated by elements of The NFormed Radio League, The Omega Stars, Femme Fatale, The Regulators, The Coalition and numerous independent heroes.

LexCorp quickly responded through a spokesman saying that "The leased offices in question, within our tower were leased to an independent business group--LexCorp had no knowledge of the presence of super-powered criminals and will fully cooperate with any investigation and turn over any materials and documents the authorities request."

The police blotter from the evening assault yielded more than 20 villains that were taken into custody. Some of the names included Gillans, Miss Irene, Slunk, SnapCracklePop, Economy, cdnbow, and King Vegeta. There were several escape attempts after the villains were taken into custody, King Vegeta in particular, but in most of those instances the escapees were quickly captured by Deacon and Greenhouse Effect from the NFrom Radio League.
